New homepage #11

Redo the CivCraftPing homepage. Make it an intro page and change log. Think about using the GitHub API to do this. Need to stop it being the stats page and keep the stats on a separate page.

Add in information on commits (change log) to CivCraftPing. Also pull in the daily change log posts by TTK using the reddit API. Show the issues list from GitHub.
