Parallelisation scheme will depend on the chosen MCMC sampler. Can be either

OpenMP: using only PyTransit's OpenMP multi-threading inside a single computer
MPI: very easy if using emcee for MCMC, but useful only if we have a cluster to run the computations in
ipyparallel: possible, but needs to be studies. Also only useful if we have access to a cluster

Also, parallelisation (other than OpenMP) may not be necessary given the small amount of data per analysis.
