Mage was missing some vice versa blockers:
Wisdom blocks Wand Proficiency II
Sunshower, Larger Heal, and Orphion's Pulse blocks Arcane Transfer
Not sure if they were meant to be missing, I don't have Champion so I can't check but the thread and logic says so, yet there is no bug report, so I don't know.
