BRRR fails with singleton ampersand #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. brrr -y 2014 -m 3 -d 24 30 --ml ~/rvrr/rvrr.csv -o results.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
lxml.etree.XMLSyntaxError: xmlParseEntityRef:  no name

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The problem is an ampersand that is not an entity.  Just replace it.
