Error found by our end 'There was an error processing your order. Please contact us or try again later.' - Its because of Token not generated in savePaymentMethod.

I'd love to see these changes without the included compatibility changes for IWD since it's challenging to see what this PR is looking to do. :) I'd suggest waiting for the IWD changes to be merged and then rebase, or you can wait to merge the IWD changes and change the base for this PR to the branch for the IWD changes.
