Develop interactive BS method / data tool

We should be able to develop a tool (Shiny App, Excel sheet, etc) where variables including

• genome
• method type
• coverage
• budget

And variable could be calculated.

For example if we sequence XX data, using MBD, we get 10x coverage on XX% of CpGs..
