find all genes and isoforms associated with DNA methylation machinery in the geoduck genome.

@kubu4 do you know what file would contain the gene isoforms ?

Fairly certain there isn't a file with isoforms.

I can "whip one up", if you'd like. Would likely take a few days to complete.
