Revise stacked barplots

• Add row names to tables
• Make sure correct rows are used for each bar

CpG location:

• Check bedtools code to make sure data-feature track overlaps are only counted once
• Revise plots

CpG type plots now reflect content in tables

CpG location plots were revised after using intersectBed -u instead of -wb to avoid counting duplicate overlaps.
