Bug in contributed transMat() function #4

I have just posted two queries on StackOverflow about two specific issues: a problem that I am having running msprep() including the keep parameter. Your example code works fine, and a very parallel problem of mine works fine without the keep parameter, but abends if I include a keep parameter. The details are in the Stack Overflow message board. I should be thankful for help in fixing this situation. I also found a bug in the contributed transMat() function. Again, the details are on Stack Overflow.
