Added ggplot version for plot.Cuminc()
Added vis.mirror.pt() for mirror plots comparing to probtrans objects

To-do

To be completed within hputter/mstate (not on forked repositories):

Finish vignette visualisation - adding section on mirror plot and on saving using ggsave()
Set up pkgdown with gh-pages
Merge mstate.relsurv from Damjan into separate branch - will be merged to master once vignette there is made
Final CRAN check, update news file and submit
