Pencil is great but when I create bigger mockups, working with many pages is 
very hard. A list or a tree of used pages would be better. The page management 
could be easier if I can copy a page between any pages (eg. command "Copty 
to...").

Yes please. See also issue 273 which at the end asks for the same thing.
