Cannot drag images to Stencil Generator

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch stand alone Pencil 1.2 (build 3003101501) on Windows 7 x32.
2. Navigate to Tools>Stencil Generator...
3. Attempt to drag images (.gif, .png, .jpg) onto Select images control/pane.
4. Observed Result: Dragged image names do not appear in the Select images 
control/pane and it is not possible to move forward in the Stencil Generation 
process.
5. Desired Result: Dragged image names appear in the Select images control/pane 
and it is possible to move forward in the Stencil Generation process.
6. Alternate Solution: Allow addition of images to Select images control/pane 
using another method than dragging (i.e. - standard file type dialog).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See 4 & 5 above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
See 1 above.

Please provide any additional information below.
This may be related to issue 316, I am not sure so I am adding this issue also, 
there is a simple work around for issue 316 (copy / paste), but the work around 
for this issue is much less straight forward.

Work Around:
- Install a compatible version of Firefox (3.6) (may need to be done in 
parallel with current version).
- Add the Pencil add-on.
- Perform Stencil Generation in Pencil add-on as usual.

I'm also getting same problem and work around is also not working for me. pls

Try it in firefox add on and then try in desktop version, it works perfectly. I 
just tried that.
