Can't install collections

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Tools Menu
2. Select Install New Collection
3. Select ZIP file retrieved from downloads site. Example Dojo.GUI_v6.zip, 
ExtJs.GUI_v14.zip

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expected the 
collections to add successfully. All the ones I've attempted return an error 
message for 'Uncaught exception: [Exception..."Component returned 
failed:0x80004005(NS_ERROR_FAILURE)[nsIProperty.get]" nsresult: "0x80004005 
(NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame 
::chrome://pencil/content/definition/collectionManager.js::<TOP_LEVEL>::line46" 
data:no]at::

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Evolus Pencil 1.3.2
Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
