Make sure clicking on an empty deck goes directly to a page to add new cards #15

I was going to suggest having the "Add Card" model come up on deck.jsp automatically if the deck is empty, but now we added an option to upload CSV on deck.jsp so I'm not sure how to handle this. Something to ask Keith.

Nevermind about this, clicking on an empty deck goes to deck page where there are clearly two options to add single card of Upload CSV. It can't be any more obvious than that.
