Add missing date formats to Previewer #306

Adds the four (4) missing date formats to the Previewer which are available under Settings -> Invoice -> Other.

What do you mean missing? There are many different date formats and I don't want to include every one of them, just some common ones.

The last four date formats available under Settings -> Invoice -> Others are missing in the Previewer aka. cannot be used in a invoice:
