Must have feature - Auto-increment invoice ID #311

I love your app. I was super excited and happy to have a simple invoicing solution but one of the biggest hassles with handling your own invoices is keeping track of the IDs or invoice numbers.

What do you think about letting the user choose a starting point number and every invoice after that, increment by 1?

This is a useful feature. Invoice numbers need to be unique, and it saves time looking for the last invoice to work out what the next number should be
