Description

Added all nesessery code to add a new language "Swedish" copy paste existing code and renaming to correct culture. Found a misspelling in the en tree

Motivation and Context

This adds my native language so i can actually use this lovely pice of program

How Has This Been Tested?

Opened the program and checked that all translates were looking ok
