Add More Tax Option #331

As other countries have different types of taxes the percentage of taxes are only allowed once like it only allowed to add single tax as per the new Taxation in India there are new rules for taxes like these Capture so if you add more option to create more taxes with respect to ist percentage that whould be more helpful.
