Game specification #114

There is no actual explanation of how the game works on the web site. This is 
kind of critical to the contest, and it has thrown at least a couple people 
off. We should make a page describing the game and all of its rules in 
painstaking detail.

I made a wiki page for the game spec here: 
<http://code.google.com/p/ai-contest/wiki/GameSpecification>. I would 
appreciate it if everybody reviewed it, then we can talk about whether to give 
it its own page on the main site or something else.

Closing as the game specification is now incorporated into the website. Any 
further fixes/changes should probably be in there own issues.
