[review] 2010913 optimize profile query so it stays in index #142

This code, running on the server since yesterday, keeps the profiles games 
query to using just two game indexes, each index containing everything the 
query needs. This makes a huge speed difference, and is the main reason for the 
server's stability today.

I also added a limit to how far back it looks for games. This could possibly be 
removed later.
