Add Organizations and Countries rankings + profiles

During the last ai contest, I really enjoyed to watch the other ranking grouped 
by countries and by organizations. And I also liked to be able to have the 
ranking limited to my country and school. This way I can access quickly to the 
ranking of people I know and try to beat them :D.

I've just saw the update, thank you!

But one more thing : On the rankings, what about just using the ELO points 
average of the 3 first player by country/organization ?
Because for now, the limit of the top100 is very restricted and there are too 
many draws.

Yup, it's working again. I guess for now we'll leave using the top 200. That's 
a good measure of skilled participation.
