Organization Changes #158

The adding new organizations is highly problematic. I have to add them 
manually, based on user input(in the forums). This introduces user error, both 
from me and from the users: If they don't post in the right place or double 
post we end up with 2 organizations with the same name, different ids.

We need a way to change this system, i am not open to doing these in the future 
if it continues to be such an issue.

People have even started calling the csclub office(who does not even run the 
contest anymore) complaining about this.

Ideally we need a system for the users to change their org/profile 
individually, and to have a double detection system.

How about asking for the URL of the organization as a way of getting a unique 
identifier?
