Visualizer JS improvmement patch

1. Graph now shows productive capacity of each side over time

2. Planets are labeled with their growth rates

3. Instead of just team-colors, there are team-colors and planet-colors, this 
makes for better visual distinction and corresponds to the graphed lines.

The attached file is based on the current visualizer.js on the website, which 
appears to be more recent than the one checked into source-code. For this 
reason I have uploaded the complete file rather than a patch.

Interestingly, there seems to be no way for me to change its type from "Defect" 
to "Enhancement".  (And no option given when creating the issue.)
