strange distribution of opponents #207

It seems to me that I'm (bocsimacko) getting weaker opponents that the other 
bots in the top few. There were 5 games against top 10 opponents among my last 
15 opponents a long time after reaching the top 3. The same number for GreenTea 
is 10, 11 for Accoun.

According to janzert on irc Common Lisp only runs on server #0. That may be the 
reason.

I don't think this is the case anymore. I must have seen patterns where there 
is none. Still, if some languages are confined to server #0, that's a pretty 
big disadvantage (or advantage if your program is quick).

Lisp is now allowed on the workers and so far as I know is treated the same as 
all the other languages now.
