What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the AI Contest Website (www.ai-contest.com)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the site in normal display, instead I receive:

Please provide any additional information below.
The forum also reports that it has too many connections with an error message :
