Times for last game and last submission are in different formats

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to a players profile
2. look at the last games table
3. look at the last submissions table

games are in AM/PM format
submissions are in 24hr format

this makes it hard to compare at a glance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
make them the same format, 24hr is probably best

Please provide any additional information below.

At the risk of feature creep in a single bug, how about:
Make the Games table grey out the games that are from a previous submission (or 
some other visual cue, like a blank line with <submission> on it) so that you 
can see how the bot has done since the last submission

Thanks Zaphus. It agree this needs to be fixed. I have accepted the issue and 
marked it low priority (not because I don't care about the issue, but because 
there is some stuff currently marked medium that is pretty important).
