Support wildcard domains #243

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. it seems like one can only add individual domains at this time. would be much better to support wildcard domains

Describe the solution you'd like allow adding of wildcard domains as well

Describe alternatives you've considered each individual subdomain of a domain would need to be added to the ignore list

I believe this is already supported.

If you enter google.com, the ext setting applies to any other subdomain by default such as test.google.com
