settings not saving

Describe the bug it seems like the settings do not save, at least for excluded websites

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open extension
2. click "Add current site to ignore list"
3. exit firefox
4. re-open firefox
5. ignore list is empty

Expected behavior ignore list is saved on browser exit

@fawaf I can't replicate this issue. Do you have a setting that's removing the local cache on browser exit? These settings are saved locally so the persistence would not work if there's cache issue.

ahh, that might be it. Does the extension not store the settings in the browser storage? That doesn't get wiped on cache removal right?
