disable auto capitalizing italics #260

When I press ctrl + I to start typing in italics within a sentence, the first letter in italics will be auto-capitalized. (But not vice versa, that is, when typing in italics and then switching back to normal format, it doesn't capitalize the first letter not in italics.) It would be helpful not to let it be auto-capitalized since it's most likely not needed.
