rly need to find a way to add legends #9

here's why http://rpubs.com/hrbrmstr/mjs-ms (disable toolbars to read the final paragraph). no way to tell which color is which severity.

legends: added, but remember that MetricsGraphics.js only supports them in line charts (meh)
