I corrected some typos, linkified URLs and roxygenized the documentation (the key parameter was not visible in the documentation before). Furthermore I fixed the checks on viewbox in bb_lookup so that all examples should work now (the "atomic character vector" and the "[unnamed] 4-element vector" did not). Sorry for munging these two commits together in one pull request...
