Hello, I have managed to enable configuration of timeouts/delay and switching API server via the use of options. I 've also commented 1-2 lines in the bb_lookup file in order to pass the check process without errors/warnings. What do you think about it?

thx for this. esp with the new MapQuest API requirements. adding you to the contributors in DESCRIPTION now. hoping for a CRAN submission as soon as get the new mapquest api key code in.
