[x] Add a note that the PEP no longer puts the latest data into the API, link to downloadable files.
[x] Add Household Pulse examples
[x] Add 2020 Census and DHC examples
[x] Add CRE examples
[x] Update ACS, SAIPE, SAHIE, etc with newer data
[x] Add a BDS timeseries example using year = "*" based on a Slack question
