Update About Us to include managers, employee event photos, etc. #12

It's been requested that we turn the "About Us" page into something more akin to a marketing piece for the company, with an emphasis on employees. This is probably a good time to transition the page to a PHP template.

Of note: The word that has been tossed around as a goal is "humanizing". Reference my flat plan notes for ideas about incorporating this with the blog concept.
