HC XML Schema #23

We will need to start working with Peter B and Mike M. to create HC XML Schema for the this project. We will first finalize the web form before addressing this issue.

@maadarani the remainder of the 15 days should be spent on this task. A meeting with Peter will be scheduled shortly.

Meeting is schedule for Nov 16th 11am. Invitation was sent.

@maadarani - just to clarify as a first step, can you please focus on setting IDs on the form b/c Peter needs those specifically for the guidance development. However, validation rules are secondary at this point. We'll use the guidance document rather than the schema to enforce business rules.

how much time do you think you'll consume with this task? keeping in mind i want 2d for documentation/knowledge, and at least 1d for form fixes resulting from the web standard assessing (i'm thinking that probably enough but i could be incorrect.
