This is not a bug at this time, but we have to figure out how to handle the following (which is not allowed)
The user can try to create more than one section where this is not allowed as an example 210-10 (210-10 H3 0:1 F General). This is technically allowed but will be caught as a business rule, however the UI does not stop it.
