Added email verification for organisation #27

Organisation model's attributes changed in marketing.
VerifyOtp function and send_test_email function added to Views of marketing.
A verify-otp url added to api's urls.py.
Email smtp details added in settings, and called from .env.
Changed the get and post api usage in Organisationview.
