add "StartBP&EndBP" to ancIBD output tsv file #11

Should have made a more complete pull request message. A few more features are added:

  1. Users can provide a mask file to mask out IBD in potentially problematic genomic regions
  2. IBD2 calling on autosomes
  3. IBD calling on X chromosomes
  4. Output now also contains basepair coordinates
