Add quotes to commented options #43

Adds quotes to more of the options, as they would not work without them. Maybe even more of the commented options need to receive quotes, I only added those I tested.

Actually it will not work only for off. My config has double quotes only on the off options and it works perfectly, but ... Yes it is better to put some quotes so I'll merge .. Thanks for you collaboration!
