Reduce dependencies

We are currently using a lot of Python Machine Learning modules like Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc. which requires a lot of installation time and internet. We need to reduce the dependencies of this project in a way that we can remove a few modules Requires knowledge of:

• Python
• Debugging
• Machine Learning
