display: Qt3D or VTK NURBS rendering: Qt3D or opennurbs or libnurbs stl reading: Qt3D contains 3rd party ASSIMP stl writing: VTK or http://people.sc.fsu.edu/~jburkardt/cpp_src/stla_io/stla_io.html

3D rendering available in "finFoil pro", which is not released to the public.
