add a LICENSE file #2

Thank you for creating a suite of awesome LSP-focused plugins.

This commit adds a license file to the repository, which allows users, especially those in a corporate environment which requires licenses for compliance reasons, to utilize this package.

I've chosen to recommend the MIT license, as it appears to be what you use for most of your projects on GitHub. Please let me know if this is not what you'd prefer.

Thank you very much. However, I am not familiar with the license, so I will add it myself just in case.
