I installed this plugin, but LampSwitchSourceHeader command is not exits. Does anything else need to be done to make the extension work?

Sorry. Currently, this plugin does not nothing yet.

We should refactor lamp before some implementation, I think.

Got it, understand. I will temporary put implementation in my vimrc.
