Added stale issues action for issues with no activity for 14 days
Added stale pull requests action for issues with no activity for 14 days
Added automatic closing of stale issues action for issues with no further activity for 7 days
Added automatic closing of stale pull requests action for issues with no further activity for 7 days
Pull requests will be automatically labelled for modifying certain directories and files
