Corsair RGB Strafe Keyboard and Corsair Scimitar Elite mouse not working #45

Hello,

I successfuly built the board today

I plugged my keyboard and mouse it did not work.

Keyboard LED was blinking (no computer detected) Mouse was only moving to the right of the screen only when I was clicking on left or right button

I tried the test_fw mentionned in wiki but mouse did not work at all with this one, no move at all.

I plugged another mouse, Logitech G500s and a spare Mac keyboard, and they both instantly worked fine.

So I guess FW if well flashed and solders are OK

Edit : and my screens are reversed, my left screen is detected right side, did not find how to swap them yet :D

@hrvach Hi ! Just tried it, and the mouse is facing the same bug as it had in the beginning. No reaction unless I click on a mouse button, then mouse just move to the right as long as I keep clicked on the button.

Keyboard does not seems to react in NKRO mode. still needs to be in BIOS mode for it to work.

Managed to get my keyboard working in NKRO, but I'm probably still missing something (obvious). Really appreciate your help with testing, back to the drawing board... :)

And in case you forgot, my mouse is quite tricky with is numpad integrated keyboard :

What I'm trying to do is remove the need for that fix in the first place (and failing obviously). :-)

Hi !

As I wrote in the beta release, I was just really dumb and I did not use the right FW...

It works perfectly fine with latest 0.61 FW, even the integrated numeric keyboard on my Corsair Scimitar Elite Mouse works almost fine : image

matching values / keys : 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

not matching keys : 10 = 0 11 = - 12 = +

But this is not really a big issue, I never used it as is, but as macro keys under windows with corsair software. As with DeskHop corsair software does not work at all (it make sense as the product id is not corsair anymore) the macro key/driver is inactive. I guess without the corsair software, integrated mouse keyboard is just set as numerical standard keyboard.

I think we can consider this issue as resolved.

On my Corsair Keyboard even Fn media keys works fine ;)
