Please publish new consolidated_results.Rds based on the different theme levels so at the end we have each separate databases that each have paper, year, country, and probabilities for topics based on their grouping:

[x] 1) NSF general
[x] 2) NSF specific
[x] 3) Theme
[x] 4) Description (water budget, method, etc.)
