Generate a metadata dataframe for Arthur #26

minimum is just a table of docids, year. and the docids link to the doctopics matrix. Better would be docid, abstract, year, metadata1, metadata2, ..., metadataN (where each metadata attribute is some arbitrary string such as journal, country etc)
