Fix linux build. #3

This fixes the linux build. This time without breaking a 32b build.

missing malloc cast added.
printf format specifier fixed.
-lpthread added to mt test.

Thanks for creating Minitrace. I am currently doing a comparison between Minitrace and Remotery. (Integrated both with my real-time ray tracer.) I will send you the results soon.
