Tell us to define MTR_ENABLED #8

In order for minitrace to collect profiling information, MTR_ENABLED must be defined. However, the README makes no mention of that. Please update the README

The defines got changed in 97de3483a9092b27b12a0c308054f7ef362a670d, but the README was never updated.
