Update iOS libraries, trim some unneeded code #21

Updates to latest (well, I'm sure it might be updated again...), and deletes a bunch of stuff. Still appears to work.

Squashing could free up approximately 120 MB from ppsspp/.git/modules/ffmpeg, it seems (after this change.)
